Coaching Fees & Structure
Most of my clients find that 3 sessions per month lasting 40-45 minutes in length work best for overall consistency. For those who feel constrained by a 40-45 minute session, I offer hour long sessions as well. For those who desire unlimited access, I offer a Premium Coaching Program. Most find that keeping a structure provides consistency and honors their commitment to their desired outcomes. Because you may have things to share or accountabilities to report throughout the week, I offer at no additional charge, quick response, unlimited email access. Arrangements for payment are made prior to your first session. Most coaching is done by phone and is paid at the beginning of the month of service. Payment is made by the 7th day of each month. Advance payment acts as a retainer and confirms your appointment time. Additional time may be requested and is prorated at my hourly rate. If you start mid month, I ask for the month's prorated payment to be included along with the first month's full payment. Once we agree to work together, I will send you an email which gives you access to my Private Client Area. Here you will find several questionnaires and forms that will facilitate my learning about who you are and what you are "up to". During our first two to three sessions, we will design how we will work together. This is a crucial step in the coaching relationship. You will be learning the "language" of coaching and what to expect from me and together we will come up with a plan of action and design practices to help you get where you want to be. Prior to each session, I ask that you fill out a Session Prep Form. When you are logged into the Private Client Area and your appointment is scheduled, you will recieve a form a day in advance to help you get the most from our session. The Session Prep Form is a tool that provides focus and structure for the call. The system will keep it so that you can refer back to it in the future. There are lots of other feattures in the client management system that add value to our coaching. The client places the call at the pre-arranged time and telephone number as scheduled. The client is responsible for phone charges. I use SKYPE almost exclusively with international calls and will provide contact info as needed. Please note that I have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Cancellations must be received and confirmed by email or phone during regular business hours, Monday-Friday, in order to not be charged for the scheduled session. In the case of an emergency, I will make reasonable efforts to reschedule during the week of the missed session. Because of my schedule, it is difficult to reschedule appointments. I am a solo practitioner and thus wear the hat as accountant as well. Because coaching outcomes take time, I ask for a six month commitment. Complimentary Consultation Session |
